ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga where flowing body movements are synchronised with breath. Each flowing movement is coupled with the flow of Ujjayi Breath (victorious breath), Drishti (specific gazing points) and Bandhas (energy locks). It purifies the body, increases awareness, strength, stamina and flexibility.
