POSTNATAL YOGA

Postnatal Yoga offers a practice which improves healing & toning and is a great way to support the body's recovery after childbirth. These classes rebuild physical strength in the back, abdominal and pelvic muscles, improve posture, release tension of neck & shoulders etc. Postnatal classes are suitable for women from six weeks (in case of natural delivery) and ten weeks (in case of C- Section) postpartum until six months.
