YIN YANG YOGA
Yin Yang Yoga is a slow-paced, soft style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time.
This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and hold the posture more comfortably by stretching connective tissue around the joints. It involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for longer duration accessing ligaments, bones and deeper layers of fascia.
Yin Yoga emphasises on internal heat by lengthening and contracting of
our muscles and is a perfect complement to other forms of dynamic and
muscular exercises.
